- PDE-5 (Phosphodiesterase type 5) Inhibitors
So the first type of drugs I’ll discuss, also happens to be the most popular and these are PDE-5 inhibitors, such as Viagra (sildenafil), Cialis (tadalafil) and Levitra (vardenafil).

- Penile Injections
A typical one is Caverject, which is a prostaglandin (PGE-1).
