Most of the time when people train back they focus on the upper back and ignore their lower back and lower lats.
Not this one. It’s a full-on back workout, hitting all different angles.
I highly recommend you try these workouts, they fully incorporate the principles of Power Bodybuilding. However, first, you need to watch this video, observe the positions of our bodies, elbows, and shoulders relative to the body and study.
Workouts like these are why I’m able to go toe to toe and beat some of the world's most elite athletes.
A lot of these workouts you may think you’ve seen before, but you’d be wrong.
They have very minor differences I've distilled into them.
