A custom Craftsman Coop that also has a duck house and duck dipper in Hamilton, VA. This custom coop has so many cool and practical features designed to take the work out of keeping chickens and ducks, but still look amazing in the process. The henhouse is 8'x8' and is a shed/henhouse combo with pull out drawers for storage and plenty of ventilation for the chickens. This coop has board & batten siding and used a reclaimed door and screened windows in the henhouse.

The duck dipper feature allows for the ducks to get their heads wet without getting water all over the run, because you want a dry run to keep the chickens and ducks healthy. The duck dipper is designed so you can easily drain it (like a kitchen sink) and fill it up again.
There is also a heated poultry water system and Matt explains how that works as well.
