The most frugal traveler went to Vegas and brought back tips on how to survive without going bankrupt! It was actually much easier than I had imagined! We stayed in the flamingo hotel which was only about 50 a night on the strip. We went to a dive bar to eat and the food was like 3-4 bucks and suuuuper good! Lots of cheap options around even on the strip! Here is a brief on my tips but throughout the blog I show you and drop mini tips to spend the least amount of money possible!!
Tips:
- Cheap booze is literally everywhere! They have 50 cent beers on happy hour from 5pm to 6pm at the flamingo hotel, also if you wander off the strip almost every dive bar has dollar beers all day long! Also if you pretend to gamble long enough, the waitresses will bring you free drinks!
- Don't gamble, there is sooo much more than gambling in Vegas! don't waste the money!
- Check out the entire strip and all the hotels! There is more than enough free sightseeing and shows to last you a weekend! Ceaser has a free light and water show at night and circus circus was doing free trapeze shows! There are tons to find and do!
- the tattoos are only 10 bucks in most places if thats something you like lol
-get a reusable water bottle and fill where ever you can!
- I fashioned my scarf into a purse so I could fit more cute outfits in my carry on lmao and I didn't waste any money buying a bag! It's great to have clothes that can serve multiple purposes!
