Last month, I did my first extended fast. I’d heard all of the benefits of fasting but hadn’t tried anything longer than 24-hours before. The original plan was to do a 3-day fast. But by the end of day 3, I was feeling great and decided to keep going. I could’ve kept it going for longer but decided to save it for the next time. I wrote a blog post to go along with this video to explain a few things in more detail.
