-Why: To better understand the life of the local people and interact with the residents using the English Language.

-Where’s the Meeting Place: Jollibee (Near Keppel)
Local District: Cabantan, Cebu City
*We welcome any nationality*
Note: Please wear a comfortable shirt and it’s preferable to bring extra clothes. Also, we want this event to be a meaningful experience and insightful learning for you so even if we will be accompanied by one of the local officials to tour us around, we would appreciate if you’re not going to bring any valuable things/items that may jeopardize your safety. The event organizer and local officials won’t be responsible for any lost or stolen items. We appreciate your cooperation.

EXCEL is an acronym of Exercise English Communication through Experiential Learning. This program invites local and other nationalities to be part and engage in different activities such as workshops, outreach programs, visiting countryside and other activities that allow them to interact in the local community using English as their means of Communication.

【イベント概要】
本イベントはフィリピン政府の協力・許可を得た公式の現地コミュニティー訪問イベントです。
セブのローカルコミュニティーを訪問し英語で現地のフィリピン人とコミュニケーションを図る事で語学学校で学んだ英語を実際の生活の場で使う事を目的としています。
また英語を使って現地の人達と交流する中で新たな発見があったり新しい知見を身に付けるのも目的です。
本イベントではただ現地のコミュニティーを訪問して終わりではなく、後半は参加者同士で学んだ事や思った事を英語でディスカッションしていきます。
また本イベントは日本人だけではなく多国籍の参加者を想定としたイベントですので基本的に全て英語で進行していきます。
※本イベントは今後毎週開催を予定しています。
今後は現地の学校や大学、企業訪問またはクリーンイベント（ゴミ拾いイベント）なども開催を考えています。
（ゴミを集めて廃棄する場所についてフィリピン政府と交渉中です。）
