MHW Iceborne - Comprehensive Augment Guide + custom mods and materials required

EDIT: The materials required for custom mods can vary between different weapon classes. It's always some guiding lands generic bones and gathering nodes (which I have a guide for) and a guiding lands monster specific part. See for farming the special gathering nodes in the guiding lands

My comprehensive guide to the new augmenting system in MHW Iceborne, including a breakdown of the custom mods.
