I loved playing Teacher-Teacher as a kid and here, our kids indulged me, and were really interested in my little session teaching them about the superpowers of alkaline water!! Thank you Blue Star - for educating us on the benefits of alkaline water, which has pH levels of typically between 8.5 and 9.5, on a scale of 0 to 14, which helps neutralise the body's acidity and increases metabolism, and is rich in #minerals which helps boost our immunity.
