DILG vows to probe Albayalde 'fairly and thoroughly' following illegal drug recycling scandal

The Philippine Interior And Local Government department leads an investigation on the country's police chief. This, after Philippine National Police chief, Oscar Albayalde, had been accused of protecting rogue police officers allegedly involved in recycling confiscated narcotics.The country's Interior department vows to conduct an impartial probe.
