Elsie Leung: HK's anti-mask regulation doesn't violate the Basic Law 梁愛詩：禁蒙面法唔會違背基本法

Some argue that Hong Kong's newly-enacted anti-mask regulation violates Hong Kong's Basic Law, and could provoke escalation of violence. Elsie Leung Oi-sie, former deputy director of the Hong Kong Basic Law Committee refuted the claim in an interview with CGTN, saying that it is an appropriate measure when Hong Kong's public security and public order are endangered.
