Glitch time period 03 (Generation II)

In Pokémon Gold/Silver, time zones beyond morning, day and evening can be forced. Time period 03 ('late night') acts as a glitch time period, and can force routes to give Pokémon that are the result of a glitch. This has been documented in Japanese circles for a long time, see also but I don't know if anyone has provided an English version code yet, and for some reason GameShark codes may not work in this case, so I made two Game Genie codes that do it.

xx is the time period you want. 03 and up are glitched ones.

While having this code on, some routes may not give Pokémon at all. I later found it is possible to find Pokémon over level 100 in the English version, but unfortunately in recording this video I didn't find any.
