Call of Duty Modern Warfare has made a point and it is no thanks to Activision. The Modern Warfare review cycle is well underway and its clear that this game is a departure for the series in all the right ways. Both the multiplayer gameplay and campaign are exactly what the studio promised and that's often a surprise within this industry. Call of Duty Modern Warfare is a return to form for the franchise in big ways but it also has something to say about both the series and multiplayer gaming in general.
