Serbia: Turkey to play constructive role in Balkans - Erdogan at meeting with Vucic

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Ankara will continue to 'play a constructive role' in the stability of the Balkan region at a meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic in Belgrade on Monday.

“Our country will continue to play a constructive role in the stability of the Balkan region. We support the Euro-Atlantic direction of this region too and we will try to help all the countries in the region to leave the problems in the past and expand dialogue and cooperation,” said Erdogan.

Both leaders praised the cooperation between the countries saying it has reached the best level in recent history.
