I had a relaxer since I was twelve and was known for my long hair, but I decided to chop it all off and embrace my natural hair. I don't know how this journey will unfold but I am determined to see it through. Growing up, different people in my life called me Sunshine and Smiley so that's where the "sunshine and smiles" come from. ;)
