The Imperative is a bad scout and here's why - Destiny 2 Shadowkeep

I have spent a lot of time with this scout and it has numerous issues. In this review I go over the accumulation of stats, the scope, the perks, and more to show why it is sub par. I give all gear a chance, but this one simply has too many issues.
