What was an unsupervised EVM doing in a car, at Chandivali?

What was an unsupervised EVM doing in a car, at Chandivali? This evening, between 5 and 6 PM, there was an uproar in the Chandivali Assembly constituency, in front of Durga Devi Marathi Primary school which is a polling station. The uproar was the result of people finding an unsupervised EVM lying in a car. According to sources, the police have filed a complaint in the matter. SPICE Enquirer caught up with Siraj Rashid Khan, of the Bahujan Aghadi Sangh Party to get more clarity on the issue. The video was shot by journalism students Harsh Mahatme and Laveena D'Souza.

"My name is Siraj Rashid Khan. We just found out about a car, with an EVM machine inside it. The car only had the driver, and there was no security around it. How did this machine get there? Even if it did, why didn't it have any security around it? Why weren't there cops and election officials? Why wasn't this matter investigated? Just because of all this, Babasaheb Ambedkar had advised us to use a ballot and not EVM machines. Bring back the ballot papers again! Vote using a ballot paper! But, if you're setting up EVM machines and then deceive your citizens, you're deceiving the democracy!
This is very wrong. We will not tolerate this. We are Ambedkar's soldiers and according to his ideals, this won't be tolerated! After this, we are going to start a protest.

No one is willing to say anything or take responsibility of this matter. The car is just waiting there unsupervised since afternoon. If they knew it was here, it was supposed to be taken inside and kept under the scrutiny of the police. There was definitely no security or even an official around it.
