This is a quick sequence for those who want to increase their flexibility and prepare for the splits. Just like the last video, this sequence is a quick video to show the sequence but the postures should be held a little longer than shown and to repeat on the other side you will have to go back to the beginning of the video! Always remember that your body should be worked on with a lot of patience and love, without straining or pushing it too hard. Hanumanasana is an asana that is not possible to achieve in a short period of time, it takes patience and constancy.
