Cubase 10.5 brings a number of editing improvements in Cubase. In Cubase Pro you can combine the object selection tool and range selection tool to create a new smart tool in Cubase making editing much faster. This video shows a range of ways to utilize this new combine mode in Cubase, which also includes automation improvements. The glue tool in Cubase now has an updated function, which includes assigning a keyboard shortcut to the glue function. Together these improvements mean that you can carry out a wide range of editing in Cubase, without actually having to change tool.
