Food and Energy

When we consume food, we also consume everything that has gone into making it.
In 2008 there was a movie with Britney Murphy called 'the ramen girl'.
The idea introduced by the movie, was that emotions play a role in creating the flavors of the dish.
So what does this mean?
Well if you feel joy when cooking, a bit of that joy is embedded into your dish, which in turn makes those who eat it feel joy as well.
In a similar way anger or depression would have a similar effect, which may not be an effect you want.
So how does this affect commercially bought food?
Well, the same ideas would apply of course!
