Parents are right to worry about us, but because of this attitude of ours, all sorts of wrong people are applying for this job, because today, more than 36% of MPs/MLAs have serious criminal charges against them. But it’s not so bad, because apart from these criminals we’ve also had a scientist (APJ Abdul Kalam), a lawyer (Sushma Swaraj) and an Income Tax Department Officer (Arvind Kejriwal) turn into politicians, just to work for our country.
