JAMMU LINKS NEWS | An impressive ‘Nagar- Kirtan’ was taken out with great enthusiasm and religious fervour by the members of Sikh community in Jammu ahead of 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the founder of Sikhism. Scores of people including women and children from various schools, clad in uniforms joined the religious procession at Gurdwara Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji at Chand Nagar,Lower Gumat area. They were playing `Dholak’ and singing religious songs with full enthusiasm and zest. The Gurdwara was highly decorated by District Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (DGPC) Jammu and State Gurdwara Parbandhak Board members led by TS Wazir.
