Jeranism lies to his audience about the Globe's atmosphere. He goes through a lesson about how the second law of thermodynamics applies to fluids under pressure. He then claims to present a globe model that has gravity in it yet completely misrepresents what happens in his example. He claims to account for gravity yet he has expectations completely contradictory to the globe model.
