Koala Gets Appetite Back After Being Rescued From Fire

She was the heroine seen 'round the world who literally took the shirt off her back to save an adorable koala during a raging wildfire in Australia. Her name is Toni Doherty, a grandmother of seven, and she says she didn’t think twice about helping when she saw the poor animal in danger. Doherty was reunited with the koala at the animal hospital where he was taken for treatment. His body is still scorched from the fire, but he’s in good hands.
