Ruptly is live from Berlin on Tuesday, November 26 as farmers drive through the streets of the German capital to rally against the country’s environmental, agricultural, and trade policy. The protest comes after the government of German Chancellor Angela Merkel introduced a new package of regulations phasing out the weedkiller glyphosate in the next four years.
Farmers from other European countries such as France and the Netherlands have been taking part in similar protests in recent weeks.
