We start off day 7 where we left off on day 6, in the weeds, and that doesnt seem to be the answer to finding the muskies. The first rock spot we hit after fishing the weeds yields a nice 40" class fish, and we think we've got a rock bite going, but it was not so. Struggled through the day seeing a few fish that came to the boat hot, but we couldn't get hooks in any of them. We're finally rescued by a weed spot that we had fished multiple times prior with no results, but on this evening it coughed up a nice 43" musky (that tried REAL hard to put a hook in my finger) on a topwater and had a follow soon after on the same topwater bait from a significantly bigger fish.
