TEXT VERSE 2 - Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. - Matthew 5:6
A pastor speaking on television stated a report of a survey he had taken among the people of his congregation. The survey question asked the people what they thought was the most important thing they wanted out of their marriages. The majority of the congregation replied that the most important thing in their marriage was the physical relationship part.
Holy Spirit wants to ask us - What do we think about this statement.
ME: " When 1 heard the statement I had a feeling of deep concern in my inner feelings. I did not feel comfortable with the idea that the top priority in marriage is the physical relationship part.
What do you feel is the most important part of a marriage of a Born Again Christian man and a Born Again Christian woman?
ME: "The most important factor to me is that my wife and I develop our relationship and our home life in such away, that at least at times, we can sense the presence of Our Father/Christ Our Lord/Holy Spirit in our home and in our lives. There are other values that are very important to me for our marriage, but this is the most important"
When we were in school you were taught that our physical body has five senses that we use to notice all that is around us. What are those five senses?"
We can see with our eyes, hear with our ears, touch with our fingers, taste with our mouth, and sense smells and aromas through our nose. These are five abilities that Our Father placed in our physical body when He and our mother and father procreated us.
HOLY SPIRIT: "Our Father has Angels assist us in the proper usages of these five senses so that we can experience the beautiful and good things around us in meaningful ways. Satan tries to influence us to use these same five senses in ways that would hinder the beautiful and good things the Angels are trying to help us experience.
Holy Spirit wants to direct us again to that scripture if you have missed or did not notice from our first text verse, in your readings?
