The five reasons are:

(5) Sales Process: You are not professional in your sales efforts. You don't have a defined approach and sales process. You are not trying to sell your product or service. You are depending on clients to show up, or expect word-of-mouth, or minimal marketing to do the work for you. Your sales process is sloppy.

(4) Copy: You have not carefully chosen the right words to sell your product or service whether it is in-person scripts, or copy for marketing and sales materials. You have left the words up to chance, and what you are saying is not having the right impact with your prospects and clients.

(3) Offer: You have not positioned, packaged, and presented a compelling offer to the marketplace. Your overtures do not make the prospect or client want to act to get what you have in return or to deal with you specifically. You may not know how to construct and offer your luxury product or service properly or how to create alternate or additional offers in the sales process to close the deal.

(2) List: You are not directing your sales efforts to the right persons. You don't understand the different levels of affluence and wealth, specialized segments of these income categories and how these potential buyers think and act. You may not even have a list at all and are completely aimed at the wrong target to sell your product or service.

(1) Your Psychology: You have conflicts in the way you think that block your ability to be successful with affluent and wealthy clients. Conflicts can be wide range from, not liking the role of selling, not being a student of sales and marketing, feeling like you are bothering others, resentment toward successful people, not feeling prosperous, being more in-tune with lack rather than abundance, a poor work ethic, or a lack of skill and professional development.
