Can an Adversarial AI Manipulate the Stock Market?

Manceps CEO, Al Kari, and CTO, Garett Lander, give their presentation at Tensorflow World 2019 on adversarial bots being used to manipulate the stock market. Today, the financial markets are dominated by bots with a whopping 60% of all trades, globally, being conducted by an AI-powered system. We wondered whether these systems could be exploited to manipulate the stock market.
