As many of you know I am a big fan of cold therapy and the Wim Hof Method. Not only has this technique greatly benefited my physical body, but it’s also been a game-changer for my mental health. So when I was visiting Phoenix, Arizona and saw that there was a health optimization center that offers cold plunges, infrared saunas, compression therapy, and Wim Hof Method training, I knew I needed to check it out!
Optimyze was co-founded by Michael Roviello, a former Navy Seal, and Jesse Moreng, a former MMA fighter. It turns out that I actually met Michael three years ago at the Wim Hof Experience in LA and he took a video of me doing my very first ice bath! It was so cool to reconnect and witness his growth over the past three years from becoming a certified Wim Hof Method instructor to opening Optimyze with Jesse!
Optimyze has everything from hydrotherapy, cold plunges, saunas, ozone hot tub, compression therapy, infrared therapy, sound healing, breathwork classes, workshops, and tons of health and wellness education.
