Amidst all of this, it begs the question of what is the point of a community TOS if it exists purely to be abused by certain power members of the community, and YouTube administration and moderation itself. Even if relegated to a different platform in this exchange, this is still a PR disaster for YouTube and Google overall. This isn't about petty revenge between creators, it's about a website not paying any attention to the real issue at hand and outright ignoring a growing problem under the impression that it will help the company image in the long run to sweep it under the rug.
