GINGERBREAD HOUSE
2 ¾ cup Flour ½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Ginger 2/3 cup Molasses
1 Egg 3 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon 1/8 tsp Cloves
1/3 cup Brown Sugar ½ cup Oil
Mix and chill Overnight.
Roll dough on oiled tin foil in 13"x18" cookie sheet to ¼” thick.
BAKE 300` FOR 30 MINUTES. When done quickly place pattern onto cooked gingerbread and cut with sharp knife. Remove from cookie sheet and place on rack to cool completely. Make sure these are dried out good before stacking!
