Most Important Hormones For A Blood Test - Male Panel
=======================================
In part one of this video series, I gave you an overview of why most hormone blood tests done by your doctor are a complete waste of time and money, because they only test a couple of hormones.

Thus, it’s done in isolation and you do NOT see how all the hormones interact with each other.

They don’t do the most important ones, so you can figure out exactly where the problem or imbalance is and thus, know how to fix it.

In today’s video, I’m going to list all the best and essential hormones to test for and why.

In part 3, I’ll give you places you can go to do these blood tests, WITHOUT a doctor or a prescription. You just order it online, it’s super easy

Your Complete Hormone Test

I’m going to separate out the main hormones I want you to test for, into different sections.

YES, there are additional hormones I could have listed and things would have gotten very detailed, but super expensive.

Also, the next couple of minutes may get a little technical for some of you, but I’m not too worried because my viewers are pretty smart.

However, to keep it short, I’ve tried to simplify things and I’ll finish with a quick summary.

One thing before I start - I haven’t listed the ranges or used any specific numbers. This is because blood tests vary from one company to the next.

However, IF you want me to - I can go over my own blood test in a future video and you can see the ideal ranges, numbers and so forth.

Just mention it below in the comments section that you want me to do this….

Lastly, the best time to do your blood test is first thing in the morning. Make sure the day you do it is a normal day. Don’t do it if you got crappy sleep the night before because it’ll change the results.

Don’t do it if you haven’t workout out for a long time or you’ve been working out extra hard. Just do it on a “regular” day with your “regular life-style”. Not the best or worst day.
