You risk being arrested if you board an excess passenger service vehicle...those were orders issued today to traffic police officers manning roadblocks by their boss Hillary Mutyambai. Mutyambai said the crew will be allowed to proceed with the journey to the intended destination with the remaining passengers. the police directive comes as hundreds of Kenyans travel for the festive season with motorists being urged to remain sober and avoid speeding in order to curb road accidents during the Christmas period.
