November 19, 2019 - Spike’s first time ponying outside of the pasture, and his first outing in general. Pupa ponied him around in the hills quite a bit, and waited patiently when I needed to dismount and work the colt on the ground. I hopped off in a hurry to work Spike at least three different times, and Pupa simply waited for me every time, and never tried to leave. Another one of those things I appreciate about a broke horse. Pupa, AQHA Cashin Change, is a 2016 gray roan mare. Spike, AQHA VMJ Mighty Classy, is a 2017 bay gelding.
