We are entering into a new decade. 2020 is here, and while we're still a way from flying cars we've made great advances in society. You're probably going to be setting goals for yourself this year or you have a bunch new year resolutions. How can you maximize the time you have this year. You can start by setting these goals you hope to achieve. In this video, I'll be helping you identify your goals for the year 2020. Usually, the new year is viewed as an opportunity to "start over" or start for the first time. Whether it be fitness goals, financial goals, career goals, there's so many different types of goals you can set for yourself. Among all those goals, you likely won't be able to achieve them if you're health is deteriorating. Therefore, I believe the greatest focus should be on your health and wellness. Once your health is being taken care of, you have the energy and focus to achieve every goal you set for yourself, especially in the year 2020. It's been 20 years since the y2k frenzy. People took things a lot more serious when they thought the world was going to end. Work with that same urgency when you have unfinished business! Let's go after these goals and resolutions with everything we've got for the year 2020.
