The Sunburn Kalassique EDM organisers have dismantled certain portion of structures put up without obtaining NOC from Anjuna Panchayat, but to save major portion of the structures, the organisers have filed review petition before the High Court. The High Court in it’s order on Friday had directed Anjuna Panchayat to consider the NOC application only after demolition of illegally constructed structures.
