2 Athletic Training Students challenge each other to see who can lasts in an ice bath the longest!

Nick and I have been filling tubs with ice the whole football season and we decided to try it ourselves. We got a tub, and filled it with ice. It was an extremely cold tub with temperatures reaching the lower 30's! Luckily as athletic training students we are aware of the benefits and dangerous of doing this extreme ice bath challenge.
