China and Hong Kong should have the flexibility to respond to economic impact of novel coronavirus:

Mikio Kumada from LGT Capital Partners says both Hong Kong and China have the "fiscal and also monetary space to ease conditions to support their economy" if the coronavirus causes an economic slowdown -- albeit to different degrees.
