Extremely Important Video for the BE Community

This ended up being longer than I expected. I would recommend watching the whole thing but here's a summary:

I'm not a lawyer, but I'm 100% sure that most of us BE enthusiasts do not need to mark our videos as "made for kids." Despite our videos being about Baby Einstein, our videos are made for general audiences. YouTube and the FTC both said that videos made for general audiences can be marked as "not made for kids." We aren't breaking the law at all. Plus, the FTC wouldn't fine most of us anyway since we're teenagers that don't monetize our videos and they're only going after big companies and channels with millions of subscribers.
