ian + mickey [gallavich] | do you love me? [10x08]

okay so, i didn't think i was going to write anything under this video but after being on tumblr/twitter for a while i just wanna say this :

i personally am not taking sides in this fight, i understand both point of view right now (especially after spending the entire morning editing this episode i got the chance to watch it over and over)
my favourite is mickey, i think we can tell that by now, so i /of course/ will care about him more and see his point of view more in this. other than the fact that we are given more ''chances'' to edit/understand his pain.

what i'm saying is that this video is pretty much mickey's point of view, its a build up to the proposal, what he had to go through with his first marrige and why he hit ian when he didn't want to get married anymore.

i really can't be mad at them 'cause i feel like the writers have no fucking idea how to write this couple anymore.

i mean, can we talk about mickey going to terry to get some advice? sure thing jan, i'm 100% sure he would have done that! and i'm sure ian would have been fine with this happening. not to speak of mickey breaking ian's leg by accident and just starting dating new people? aright. basically i take what i get and i'll pretend the stupid things never happened to canon for everyon's sake.
now, i dont know what i did with this video, i think i got a biiit lost on the way there, i hope it won't be boring because its mostly them talking and there are some bits where i couldn't do anything but leave the scene with them arguing, since it was important for the video to be understood and all.

this is basically quotes and parallels, that's all you get from it lol

i have to say the one i'm super fond of is the hand holding.

i've always loved how svetlana took his hand and it showed the ''fuck'' while ian left to drink.
in the newest episode there's ian ASKING for mickey to trust him and mickey takes his hand without being forced. i'm sure this wasn't intentional because when even these writers are doing good with them anymore? but i'll take my headcanons and leave.
