Maruti Suzuki India has launched the 2019 Alto K10 with prices starting at ₹3.66 lakh - ₹4.44 lakh (Ex-showroom, New Delhi).
The new safety features have been added with the government norms & as part of the new "AIS-145 Safety Norms" that came into effect from April 2019.
The 2019 Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 has been updated with ABS with EBD, driver-side airbag, reverse parking sensor, speed alert, and driver and co-driver seatbelt reminder, all as standard. The driver side airbag is now standard, which was available as optional in the preceding model. With addition of new safety features the prices 2019 Maruti Alto K10 has gone up from ₹3.39 lakh to ₹3.66 lakh for the base variant. The fully-loaded top-spec trim is priced at ₹4.44 lakh (all prices ex-showroom Delhi).
Rest of the features and engine specifications of the Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 remain unchanged, mainly considering the entire Alto range will soon give way to an all-new entry-level car, before the BS-6 comes in from April 2020. The new model will be based on the Concept Future-S which was showcased at the Auto Expo 2018.
The Alto K10 is powered by the 1.0-litre three cylinder K10B petrol engine, which produces 67bhp of power and 90Nm of torque with the mileage of 23.95 kmpl and it comes in 5-speed manual transmission and five-speed AMT (automated manual transmission) gearbox.
