There are actually three kinds of people our society.
1) A person has two ration cards and will stack twice as amenities as possible in their homes.
2) A person who is in real need of help, but is unaware of the schemes that are available to them.
3) A person who educates, stands for their people & brings them to light.
Sometimes the government provides the schemes which doesn't reach to the correct person. Government announces schemes to build the living circumstances of a group of people, but does create the required education about the schemes.
