Universal Credit: DWP incompetence risks claimants being accused of not paying their rent!

Universal Credit claimants have been put at risk of being accused of being behind in their rent because of the incompetence of the DWP. A new payments system introduced by the DWP has left landlords unable to identify which tenants accounts payments should be credited to.
