Rostrum is a raise surface where individuals usually deliver a speech or officiated opening or closing ceremony. It is an important medium for any occasions. However, prior research shows that several problems are associated with the aspect of rostrum, such as (1) design, (2) portability, (3) price, (4) functionality, and (5) storage capability. Therefore, a study was conducted in three phases. The first phase involved quantitative study to determine the problem associated with the rostrum management. Secondly, a working prototype or model of rostrum was build based on the result of quantitative analysis. Third, a qualitative study was conducted to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of the product. In term of novelty, VITA provided a multipurpose function by embedding the 3D holographic fan on the front of the rostrum; therefore, enable it to function as platform for speeches and as a tool for opening or closing ceremony. Moreover, it also cost effective compared to other similar designs. Other than that, VITA also portable and easy to be stored. In term of commercialization, VITA can be commercialized to government agencies, schools, universities, on-government agencies and private institutions.
