Wisconsin Future Business Leaders of America 66th Annual State Leadership Conference (2020) FBLA-PBL inspires and prepares students to become community-minded business leaders in a global society through relevant career preparation and leadership experiences. Local chapter provide an integral part of the instructional program additional opportunities for secondary students (grades 5-12) in business and/or business-related fields to develop vocational and career supportive competencies and to promote civic and personal responsibilities.

FBLA-PBL’s programs focus on: Leadership Development; Academic Competitions; Educational Programs; Membership Benefits; Community Service; Awards & Recognition.

Wisconsin FBLA's goals are affiliated with Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda, Inc. (FBLA-PBL) as the largest career student business organization in the world.

+ Strengthen the confidence of students in themselves and their work.
+ Create more interest in and understanding of American business enterprise.
+ Encourage members in the development of individual projects that contribute to the improvement of home, business, and community.
