Yoga Swatch: Stretching the Sides of the Neck

Hello, knitters and crafters! Here's a really nice stretch for the sides of your neck. This Yoga Swatch was inspired by a stretch I saw in Carson Demers' book Knitting Comfortably: The Ergonomics of Handknitting - have you seen it yet? You should check it out!
