I used 2 1/2Pound Chuck roast beef
2 packet of Kare kare mixed
Onions ( Chopped)
Garlic (finely chopped)
Green Long beans
Swamp cabbage if you don't have bachoy/Pechay.
Egg plant
Beef broth or beef stock.
Peanut Butter (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Braised the beef each side.
Put in a pressure cooker with beef broth Simmer it in a low heat fire for 1 hour.
Cut all the vegetables and have all the seasoning ready.
Fry the eggplant and set a side
Sautee garlic and onions and pour the simmered beef in pan.
Put the Kare-kare mixed let it boil.
Put all the vegetables and peanut butter and seasoned it.
Ready to serve.
Served it with Shrimp paste on the side.
