Dragon Ball Fighterz: Kefla's Assist, Can They All Combo into GT Goku's Spirit Bomb?

Main Thing for a GT Goku Player is the question if your assist allows you to combo into Level 3 Spirit Bomb. Can Kelfa's assist do that??
