An excellent Pranayama foe removing the past memories of resentment, guilt, grief, fear and wounds of extremely painful memories.
Technique:
Breathe in slowly inhale single breath constituting of five short inhalations. Hold momentarily and exhale forcibly from the mouth forcibly. Repeat 12 such rounds.
Benefits:
1. We are chest breathers because of our reactive and impatient attitude. It helps to activate the lower lobe of the lungs, which is mostly unused potential of the lungs because we do not use the belly breathing, or diaphragmatic breathing which is called the most relaxing breathing.
