It turns out after all of the troubleshooting and all of the parts swapping that I have done between my ultrasharp monitors I have deduced that we panel on the affected monitor is failing and the monitor is not long for this world anymore. I will have another video of a revamp setup for your enjoyment. I was really hoping to get at least another five years out of this display, but I guess I got lucky with some opportunities that presented themselves this week.
I have exhausted all repair options that are reasonable.
